Various Projects worth Rs 6800 Cr Coming Up In Sangareddy

  • Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi dedicates over Rs 6,800 crores to development projects in Sangareddy, Telangana. 
  • The projects cover key sectors like road, rail, petroleum, aviation, and natural gas. 
  • The Prime Minister emphasized the centrality of modern infrastructure in the resolution of Viksit Bharat.

Prime Minister Inaugurates National Highway Projects in Telangana 


  • The Prime Minister inaugurated three National Highway projects in Telangana. 
  • Kandi to Ramsanpalle section of NH-161: Four landings, reducing travel time between Hyderabad and Nanded. 
  • Miryalaguda to Kodad Section of NH-167: Up gradation to two lanes, boosting tourism and economic activity. 
  • Pune-Hyderabad Section of NH-65: Six-landings, improving connectivity to major industrial centers.
  • Doubling and electrification of Sanathnagar – Moula Ali rail line: Double and electrification work, six new station buildings, and introduction of passenger trains. 
  • MMTS Train Service: First suburban train service from Ghatkesar – Lingampalli via Moula Ali – Sanathnagar, connecting new areas in the Hyderabad – Secunderabad twin city regions. 
  • Indian Oil Paradip-Hyderabad Product Pipeline: 1212 km product pipeline ensuring safe and economical transportation of petroleum products.
  • Civil Aviation Research Organization (CARO) centre in Hyderabad: Set up by Airports Authority of India to upgrade and enhance R&D activities in the civil aviation sector.
