Multi Modal Logistics Park at Nagpur

  • NHAI (National Highways Authority of India) has signed an agreement with M/s. DC Multi Modal Park (Nagpur) Limited, an SPV of M/S Delta Bulk Shipping India Pvt. Ltd.
  • For the development of Multi Modal Logistics Park (MMLP) at Nagpur.
  • It will be developed in 150 acres under the Public Private Partnership mode.
  • At an estimated cost of Rs.673 crore.
  • It is poised to be the first MMLP in Maharashtra under the PM Gati Shakti National Master Plan.


  • It will be developed in three phases.
  • It will boost industrial zones such as Nagpur, Wardha, Chandrapur and Gondiya.
  • It will create employment 
  • Shall be developed at Sindi (near railway station) in the Wardha district of Maharashtra.

Nagpur MMLP Pvt. Ltd:

  • A government SPV was formed between National Highways Logistics Management Limited (NHLML), a 100% owned company of NHAI and Jawaharlal Nehru Port Authority (JNPA).
  • JNPA has provided land for the development of MMLP.
  • NHLML provides external rail and road connectivity, and water and power supply.
  • Will provide facilities such as Warehouses, cold storage, intermodal transfers, handling facilities for container terminals, bulk/break-bulk cargo terminals, Value Added Services such as sorting/ grading and aggregation/ desegregation areas, bonded warehouse and customs facilities.
  • Support logistics facilities such as offices for freight forwarders, transporters and truck terminals.
