Leadership Development Programme Civil Servants of African Region

  • Started by the National Centre for Good Governance (NCGG), Government of India.
  • It is providing a Two-week Advanced Leadership Development Program in Public Policy and Governance.
  • For Civil Servants of the African Region.
  • 36 senior officers from six Eritrea, Kenya, Ethiopia, Tanzania, Gambia, and Eswatini (former Swaziland) are attending.
  • The special focus of the program is on Land Management, Digitization of Land Records, and Urban Land Management covering the SVAMITVA Scheme, rural property survey programs, Land Records Modernization Programme, Real Estate Regulatory Authority, PM Gati Shakti etc.
  • Dr. A.P Singh, the Course Coordinator is an Associate Professor at NCGG.
