HCL Corp, IAF, Mirabilis and Others Acquire Shares of Pritam International

  • The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved the subscription of Pritam International Private Limited’s compulsorily convertible preference shares by India Advantage Fund S5 I, HCL Corporation Private Limited, Mirabilis Investment Trust, Mr. Aashil Apurva Shah, and Mr. Ansh Ashit Shah. 
  • The proposed combination involves the subscription of these shares by the Acquirers. 
  • IAF S5 1 is a category II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) registered with the Security Board of India (SEBI). 
  • HCL Corp is a registered Non-Banking Financial Corporation part of the HCL Group. 
  • Mirabilis Investment Trust is registered under the Indian Trust Act, of 1882. 
  • Target, its subsidiaries, and partnership firms are primarily engaged in contract manufacturing and formulations of various products.
